Yes. Relut is approved for F-skatt and registered for VAT. F-skatt is a requirement for you to get the ROT deduction (ROT-avdrag), and it means that you as a private individual are not responsible for taxes and contributions on the work.
We do carpentry, painting, flooring, decks and demolition ourselves. Electrics, water and drainage, waterproofing in wet rooms and roofing are carried out by partners with the right authorisation. The quote says which company carries out each part, so you know before you accept.
It is in the quote. We spell out which tasks are included, which materials are counted, who carries out each part and how much the labour cost is. Under the Consumer Services Act (konsumenttjänstlagen), an approximate price may not be exceeded by more than 15 per cent, and we check any additional work with you first.
