Limited statistics on visits and clicks
The website counts page views and some clicks: when you tap Show phone number or Show email, call or email through a link, open an external link or send the form. An event only contains which page you were on, whether you used a mobile or a computer and, for a click, what type of click it was. No link destination, phone number, email address or time is stored: the statistics are only kept as monthly totals. We do not store any visitor ID, we use no cookies for the statistics and we do not build profiles.
The statistics show us which pages lead to contact, so that we can make the website better.
Operation and security
The website is delivered via Cloudflare. To be able to show the pages and stop abuse, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and details of your browser. Cloudflare Turnstile is used only for the form, to stop automated submissions.
When you contact us
When you call, email or send the form, we use the details you provide, such as name, email, phone number and the description of your project, to answer you, book a home visit and give you a quote. The legal basis is that we take steps at your request before a contract is entered into, and our legitimate interest in being able to answer enquiries.
The form is sent via our web provider, which processes the data on our behalf. We do not sell the data and we do not use it for marketing. If no job comes of it, we erase the request when it is no longer needed. If it does become a job, we keep what is required for the contract and for the accounts, where the Swedish Accounting Act (bokföringslagen) requires seven years.
Only send what is needed for the matter. Do not send personal identity numbers or other sensitive information in the form.
Controller and your rights
The data controller is Relut, a sole proprietorship (enskild firma) owned by Lutfullo Aliev. You can reach us through the contact box further down the page.
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to receive a copy of it. You can also ask us to correct, erase or restrict the data, and you can object to the processing. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection).
If the website changes
If the website starts using new features, providers or cookies, we will update this page before the change comes into use.
