Straight answers about our services.
Yes. A partition wall, a room to be painted or a couple of doors to be replaced are just as welcome as a full renovation. The home visit is free whatever the size of the job, and you get a written quote for small jobs too.
Yes, but not everything with our own hands. We do the demolition, building, painting and floor laying ourselves. Electrics, water and drainage and waterproofing in wet rooms are carried out by partners with the right authorisation, and we coordinate timing and sequence. The quote says which company does what.
Because the law does not allow it. Electrical installations must be carried out by an electrical installation company registered with Elsäkerhetsverket (the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority). The same thinking applies to water installations and waterproofing, where insurance companies generally require the work to follow the industry rules. That is why we bring in companies that hold the authorisation.
Choose Building & renovation, or simply describe the job in the form. You do not need to know what the work is called. At the home visit we go through everything that needs doing and give you one quote for the whole job.
No. The ROT deduction is given for repair, maintenance, alteration and extension of a home you own, at 30 per cent of the labour cost and up to SEK 50,000 per person per year. New construction does not qualify, and in a cooperative flat (bostadsrätt) the deduction only covers work inside the flat. Each service page explains what applies to that particular service.
We mainly work for private individuals in detached houses, terraced houses, cooperative flats and holiday homes, but you are welcome to get in touch even if you represent a housing cooperative (bostadsrättsförening, BRF) or a company. Describe the job and we will tell you plainly whether it suits us.
